Yoga in the Greenhouse
Date: Saturday, April 1st, 2023
Time: 8:00AM – 9:00AM (Please arrive at 7:45AM for aquick warm up and to sign in)
Location: Esbenshade’s Lititz Store | 546A E.28th Div. Hwy., Lititz, PA 17543
Cost: $15 per person.
Join us for a Gentle Yoga Class in the greenhouse at ourLititz store. All levels of experience including beginners are welcome.
CLASS DESCRIPTION | Gentle Yoga combines deepbreathing; rejuvenating body stretches and guided relaxation to leave youfeeling calm and de-stressed. The class will be taught by a certified andexperienced Yoga Instructor from The Yoga Place in Ephrata.
RESERVATIONS | We are able to accommodate only 25attendees for this class so please buy tickets in advance. To reserve yourspot, please visit our store, call Esbenshade’s Garden Center in Lititz at717-626-7007, or purchase a ticket online.
REQUIREMENTS | We ask that all attendees are 14 yearsof age or older and comfortable participating in a quiet and calming practice.Participants will need to be able to sit on the ground and rest on their handsand knees in simple poses.
Environment | The class will be held in the indoorfoliage area of our greenhouse. Our greenhouse is typically 55 – 65 degrees inthe morning which is a comfortable temperature when moving around, but you maywant to bring a sweatshirt or extra layer for relaxation poses.
EQUIPMENT | Please bring a yoga or exercise mat ifyou own one. Please also bring a beach or bath towel to place under your matfor relaxation poses since the class is conducted on the floor of our indoorgreenhouse. Chairs will be provided if you need something to lean on or alittle extra support.
Please bring a copy of your receiptwith you to check in when you come to the class, or have a copy of your receiptto display on your mobile device.
