Description
ULTRABAC 7/SOMUBAC helps protect against seven types of clostridial disease and disease caused by Histophilus somni.
-Helps protect against seven clostridial diseases, which continue to be of economic importance in beef cattle.
-Helps protect beef calves and beef cows against H. somni, a contributor to respiratory disease and the cause of thrombotic meningoencephalitis (TEME) and reproductive tract infection.
Dosage and Administration:
Subcutaneous dose is 5 mL followed by a second dose given four to six weeks later. Annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended.
Precautions
Store at 2? C to 7 C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.
