Description
PYthon II MAGNUM Insecticide Ear Tag is a larger, 15.4-gram sustained-release pyrethroid tag containing the synergist piperonyl butoxide for extended fly and lice control on beef and dairy cattle. One tag per animal provides up to 4 months of production against a broad spectrum of external parasites. Python II Magnum requires no meat or milk withdrawal and is ideal for inclusion in a resistance-management rotation program.
-Insecticides are impregnated within the plastic of the ear tag and slowly release through contact with the animal, providing continuous protection for several months.
-No withdrawal time.
-Apply Y-TEX insecticide ear tags with the Y-TEX UltraTagger plus or UltraTagger Compact applicators.
-For management of insecticide resistance, rotate chemical classes using other Y-TEX insecticide ear tags, according to Y-TEX’s recommended rotation program.
