Olympia Spinach can withstand heat and humidity better than most spinach varieties due to its resistance to bolting and its resistance to nine different strains of Downy Mildew. Its semi-upright growing habit allows for versatile use as a baby leaf (3 weeks after sowing the seeds) or mature spinach at 45-50 days. This nutritious leafy green is easy to grow from seed and can be planted for a spring or fall crop, making it an ideal addition to any vegetable garden.
