Local Monarch Butterfly expert Linda Ulrich will be sharing her knowledge on the life cycle, habitat preservation, and migration habits of Monarch Butterflies. Learn how to create a Monarch friendly habitat in your own backyard and track butterflies through the Monarch Watch Program. Ms. Ulrich will be bringing live Monarchs and Black Swallowtails to the presentation. She will be available to answer questions from the audience following the lecture. Ms. Ulrich has been working locally with Monarch Butterflies for over 13 years and is a regular presenter on WEEU’s Radio Nature Program ‘Jack’s Backyard’. The presentation runs from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
