- Plant in early spring or start indoors six weeks before last frost and transplant when 2-3″ high. Does best in a sunny area and rich, well-drained soil. Water consistently. Very slow germination can be improved by soaking seed overnight and allowing seed to dry before planting.
- Harvest leaves regularly to keep plants productive. Use fresh or dry in a cool, well ventilated place. Store in an airtight container.
