Description
Iron Amino Acid Chelate is an oral iron supplement for swine. The iron is already chelated and is directly absorbed as a small peptide at the amino acid absorption sites in the small intestine. This is the most effective absorption mechanism for the iron taken orally and is available immediately to the spleen where it is sent to the bone marrow for the production of red blood cells.
Directions/Dosage: Shake well before using. Provide 2cc orally to pigs for 100 mg of iron. 1 pump is approximately equivalent to 2cc.
