Guglielmo Rosa Sauce, 24oz. Jar is Grandpa Pete. Paul. Inspired by the parmesan cheese my grandfather grated fresh every Sunday. On Sundays, when I sat down for sauce at Grandpa Pete’s kitchen table, there was always the same centerpiece – a small mountain of freshly grated parmesan cheese. I believe that cheese and sauce are meant for each other. So, I decided to combine the two. You’ll love this sauce if you like our traditional marinara sauce. We took that recipe and simply added cheese, milk and cream.
