Great to have on hand for livestock fence repairs, the GoldenRod Controlled Release Fence Stretcher & Splicer, Model 405 is ideal for splicing, stretching and repositioning wire. It’s designed to quickly tighten any fence, high tensile, barbed or smooth wire. When splicing wire, the tool holds the ends in place so both hands are free to make the splice. Features a controlled-release holding ratchet for reduced line breakage.
