Santa Fe Grande is a mildly hot pepper with conical, blunt-tipped fruits, 1 1/2″ wide by 3 1/2″ long. Peppers have medium-thick walls and ripen from yellow to orange to red. Sturdy 2′ plants give continuously heavy yields. Great for pickling, canning and salsa. Scoville Heat Units: 500-750
